Applicants are assessed during registration on their ability to follow instructions, provide accurate information, and demonstrate attention to detail - key indicators of performance on the job.
3. Experience & Skill Verification
We evaluate candidates based on their relevant experience in residential, commercial, industrial cleaning and housekeeping, ensuring alignment with your needs.
4. Professionalism & Presentation
Applicants must submit a complete, well-presented profile. Those with poor grammar, vague content, or unprofessional presentation are automatically declined.
5. Communication & Responsiveness
Candidates are assessed on their written English skills and response times - an important measure of how they’ll perform in a professional setting.
6. Work Eligibility & Legal Compliance
We verify that every candidate is legally eligible to work in New Zealand, including checks on visas and licenses where applicable.
7. Location & Availability Filtering
To ensure practical and timely placements, we filter candidates by their proximity to job locations and their stated availability.
8. Reference & Background Checks
For added peace of mind, we request employment references and can conduct background checks when required.
9. Ongoing Employer Feedback
Our platform allows you to rate and review candidates. Feedback is used to continuously refine our candidate pool - low performers are removed.
