CleaningNZ focuses on providing "ideal" work opportunities to jobseekers. An "ideal" job means that, once employed, chances that candidates will stay longer in their jobs are much bigger as they have much less reason to leave. This is an ideal win-win situation for both employers and jobseekers.

There are specific information that potential jobseekers will want to know before applying for a position, otherwise they will simply scroll further, leaving the employer with the loss of what could have been a great staff member. This is why only certain information are required to be completed, because if jobseekers dont have this information, they simply may decide not to apply.

Here is what potential jobseekers will want to know and why:

Job Type:

Some jobseekers has full time jobs, but they may be off on weekends and need a second income. Others could be mums that are looking for part time positions while the kids are in school while some may just want to do some casual work as they may be studying.

Job Category:

While some staff will prefer to stay within a specific category/industry (like Domestic cleaning), other may want to explore other fields however, it is a proven fact that most jobseekers/cleaners will take just what ever is closer to home in order to safe on expenses and time.

Location:

The exact location is crucial. Jobseekers will want to know if the job is on the other side of the city, 3 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk. Everyones circumstances are different. The integration of the Geo Location Mapping System makes this easy for jobseekers to see exactly what distance they may be from the next opportunity.

Hour per Week:

Cleaners in all the industries work on a tight budget and will want to know what are the min. and max. hours they may get. Are there opportunities to work extra hours? They surely do understand the formula "rate times hours minus tax & deductions" and they will certainly want to work this out before applying.

Rate per Hour:

Without the hourly rate, jobseekers will not be able to work out if the advertised position will be feasible for them. We also understand that Employers cannot just give a specific rate as in most cases this will depend on the candidate's experience, therefore we are providing space brackets for a Min. and Max. rate.

Description:

If an Employer get an application saying "I am looking for a job" then we all know what will happen to that application. Jobseekers also dont want to hear "We are looking for staff all over Auckland", so here is your chance to tell them what they want to know, or at least what they need to know.

This information will ensure that a higher percentage of applications received will actually be usable and relevant, and not ending up in the bin even before the interview, which will save a lot of time.
