Cleaner pay rates can vary depending on the industry, type of work and the level of experience. Many companies are happy to pay more than the minimum rate of $23.15 but this also depends on certain factors. For example, commercial cleaners may earn higher rates than domestic cleaners due to the higher level of skill and experience required. Additionally, cleaners who work in industries such as healthcare or hospitality may also earn higher rates due to the specialized cleaning requirements.

There for, when a company doesn't indicate the pay rate, then this normally means that the rate is negotiable depending on your experience, training and knowledge in which case the pay rate will be discussed with you during or after the interview when the employer is convinced and satisfied with all the information available.
