Why am I not getting a response on live chat?

1. If you do not provide your full name as asked for in the live chat box, or you choose the wrong title then we may not respond to you, not only for security reasons but because we may not be able to track the conversation history which is important to optomize our assistance.
2. We may not respond to non-specific or fatuous comments like "Hi" or "I am interested" or "I am looking for a job" etc.
3. If you breach any common rules for example abusing our staff, then you may not get a response or even get banned.
After all, the live chat is there for two reasons. (1) To search for answers to your questions and in the case where you are not able to find an answer, to (2) Ask a question. Please use it for this purpose only.
