Individuals with a Tourist Visa cannot apply for work in the Cleaning Industries and should not use this website. Reasons for this are that Tourist Visa holders are:
1. visitors in NZ and the purpose of the Tourist Visa remains tourism and not employment.
2. prohibited from undertaking paid employment.
Violating these working limitations can result in serious consequences and the Immigration Act 2009, ss 155, 156, 157 is clear about the deportation of Temporary Visa holders who breach their conditions as well as being banned from entering New Zealand in the future.
