Visit Visa

Individuals with a Visit Visa cannot apply for work in the Cleaning Industries and should not use this website. Reasons for this are that Visit Visa holders are:

1. not allowed to work in the country or engage in any form of employment, paid or unpaid.

2. primarily for tourism, visiting family or friends, or attending conferences or events.

Violating these working limitations can result in serious consequences and the Immigration Act 2009, ss 155, 156, 157 is clear about the deportation of Temporary Visa holders who breach their conditions as well as being banned from entering New Zealand in the future.
