The purpose of a profile (which includes your Resume) is not only to show you are a real person, but also to introduce yourself to potential employers and share basic information about yourself. Having a profile can also help you establish your online identity, build credibility and can easily allow you to connect with employers. If you do not have a profile, employers will not be able to see you online and you will not be able to apply for work.
